Cultural Action Zones Evaluation and Learnings
Date: 03 Apr 2023
The report shows that Cultural Action Zones have been a highly effective and flexible approach to re-animating and re-imagining our high streets and local centres and engaging a very wide range of local organisations and people. It shows a clear economic benefit for our businesses and has driven a wide range of social value benefits across our geography. The idea behind CAZs has been embraced by a wide range of strategic partners, including West Midlands Combined Authority and Birmingham City Council. This report will help new CAZs to be developed, funded, and launched to the benefit of our local centres, communities, and citizens.
