GBSLEP has identified five key sector priorities
GBSLEP's key sectors are:
- Health Technologies and Life Sciences
- Creative Industries
- Low Carbon and Energy Technology
- Advanced Manufacturing: Food and Drink
- Business, Professional and Financial Services.
We have also identified five ‘cross-cutting’ priorities that apply across all sectors in the economy: Skills; Business Support & Access to Finance; Place; Emerging and Disruptive Technologies; and Digital. These cross-cutting priorities will support and enable the development of our key sectors.
Our policy and strategy work in these sectors is complemented by the GBSLEP Growth Hub which delivers a variety of programmes assisting with; scale-up, intellectual property, innovation, mentoring, export, access to finance and much more.
